Through calculation, the inertial overshoot error is the key error because of its large value in all errors. In order to eliminate the inertial overshoot error, four solutions are proposed according to Hooke's Law: changing the material of the contact surface of the plastic cover, increasing the friction coefficient of the contact surface, increasing the pressure on the upper surface of the plastic cover with the torsion spring, increasing the pressure between the plastic cover and the contact surface with the vacuum adsorption device, and increasing the thrust on the side of the plastic cover with elastic deformation.
